I considered buying a new telephone before I decided to replace the battery. It’s been about a month and I’ve had no problems. I recommended that my friends and family buy a battery instead of replacing the whole phone whenever the battery runs low. It’s better for the environment and your wallet.

Customer Review: What a lemon!
This phone is a complete disappointment. If I don’t maintain a line of sight with the base I start getting static. Close the door of the room where the base is, more static. Go around the corner into another room, I might as well be talking from Antarctica. The channel switching is totally useless. What’s the point of it being cordless if I have to be within a few feet to get decent reception? I’m returning this thing as soon as possible.

I wanted an extra phone for the bedroom and this one works very well. Although it was not the absolute cheapest, it was very reasonably priced. There is absolutely no reason to pay more for a simple cordless one line phone!!! It is attractive and takes up only a little space. The connection is very good and the caller ID works well. I highly recommend this product.
