This product is pretty cool. You can pretty much do anything you want with the phone’s audio and visual media as well as sync it with your outlook. The only thing that I found a bit difficult was the install for Windows XP. I went to [...] then to the customer service section and selected bluetooth adapter. The next thing I new I was at the page that tells you that Service Pack 2 on XP has its own bluetooth program that you need to disable it. After you go through that, it’s pretty simple. But anyway, the Motorola site will walk you right through it.

This is a very good tool for me. The cables work very well. After I installed the software, I updated it via the update tool on the Motorolla web site. The tool serves two purposes for me. One is a much easier and efficient way to input and update my phone lists. The second is to be able to back up those same lists so if something did happen to the phone I would not loose them. Another advantage is the ease of importing pictures for my wallpaper on the phone and transfering any pictures that I may have taken with the phone camera to my PC. This tool is well worth the investment.

Don’t know how the guy in Panama got it to work, but the rest of us have had nothing but trouble! I consider myself very knowledgeable and did hours of troubleshooting on this damn software including MANUALLY REWRITING THE DRIVERS, and nothing!! This software sucks period. Why can’t a Motorla phone be recognized by Windows as an external USB drive and let Explorer do the work?
