This is a very good tool for me. The cables work very well. After I installed the software, I updated it via the update tool on the Motorolla web site. The tool serves two purposes for me. One is a much easier and efficient way to input and update my phone lists. The second is to be able to back up those same lists so if something did happen to the phone I would not loose them. Another advantage is the ease of importing pictures for my wallpaper on the phone and transfering any pictures that I may have taken with the phone camera to my PC. This tool is well worth the investment.

Don’t know how the guy in Panama got it to work, but the rest of us have had nothing but trouble! I consider myself very knowledgeable and did hours of troubleshooting on this damn software including MANUALLY REWRITING THE DRIVERS, and nothing!! This software sucks period. Why can’t a Motorla phone be recognized by Windows as an external USB drive and let Explorer do the work?

if your looking for a good headset at a good price this is it. The sound quality is great this is my second one i buy since i lost the first on. I had i had gotten another from another brand and it was horrible a lot of static so i ended up buying the same one i had before Moto(H350)i would recommend this to anyone so i hope this review helps.

It’s a battery. It charges up and powers my phone. If you turn Bluetooth off on your phone this holds a charge for a week, but who cares when you can plug it in at anytime to your house, car, laptop computer, some one else’s computer, since it charges through a standard USB-thin B connection that most digital cameras use. Buy OEM Moto parts for Moto products. Moto is the best.
