After having and using this phone very little it suddenly stopped working, initially I thought perhaps the battery was the problem, so I purchased a new battery, no avail, it would come on for a few seconds and then no more, I did not get anywhere with tmobile as they did not manufacture the telephone, im just stuck like chuck, with a piece of junk, this was only after about a month of use.
Customer Review: The best phone ever!
My husband and I have owned several different cell phones, and this is by far the best. We always get great reception and have never had any problems at all. Plus, the earpiece is the best we’ve ever had (you can actually hear the person you’re talking to!) and there are many ringing options, including musical ones, loud ones (important for my husband’s job) and even a vibrate-only setting. No complaints here!
