I purchased this product and was very excited about receiving it, but it does not work on the computer and Logitec Support couldn’t help me. They actually suggested I get a different computer! Works great on cell phone as a bluetooth device but forget the computer and Logitec for support. **I had to come back and edit this review…after some almost giving up on this product I did something that no one should do and tapped the hesdset on to the reciever and guess what it started working. I have not been able to get to work as my main mic on the computer yet..but will keep posting progress, lol

I had the same problem as another person where it worked the first day but not after that. I had to hold down the power button on the headset until it flashed red and blue and the button on the receiver until it was red and blue and then they reconnected. This is a very handy product!

The phones were in great shape, brand new, clear sound and easy to set up. It allows me to put numbers in and save as well as the caller I.D could not be even better.The ringer is loud it allows you to adjust it, but it is pretty clear.I never had any interference on any of the calls. Customer Review: Best Phones I’ve Ever Bought!
This phone set is great and I would heartily recommend it to anyone. It would take me too long to list everything I love but I’ll try. It has a “do not disturb” button in case you have company or take a nap–none of the phones ring and the answering machine takes the message silently. The cordless handsets do not need a jack wherever you put them, just a place to plug it in. You can put people on hold with the speaker phone while they answer a handset. You can retrieve messages from either of the handsets which is great if you have a 2 story house or the answering machine is far away. I highly recommend this.

Customer Review: Excellent Basic Cordless Phone and Answering Machine
Some reviewers have complained about static and poor range on this phone system and its other variations (3 and 4 handset models). All I can say is that we have been VERY pleased with this unit. We have a 1900+ square foot home and we can walk throughout the entire house (and yard!) without any static, range, or volume problems at all.

In spite of what you may read about this phone or the XL3402B on Phillips website or the leaflet for the phone, it doesn’t have a microphone mute feature. So for SOHO use, it’s not very appropriate.
